Croplands Equipment has been in the business of manufacturing Spraying Equipment since 1972.
In 1988, Croplands became part of Nufarm, one of the worlds largest chemical and crop protection companies.
City Shelving, through our good relationship with Schaefer Systems, was asked to provide the labour and on site knowledge to assemble the new racking required for the Chemical Storage warehouse at Cavan for the Nufarm group.
Drive In Racking systems were installed to cater for over 300 + pallet spaces.
The floor of the warehouse was bunded (sloping) and as such we provided 100's of packing plates to keep the same height level of racking across the whole warehouse.
Inverted floor guides were used so that no pallets could "catch" onto the guides.
The installation was completed in 2 weeks.
