Hitachi Construction Machinery
Hitachi Construction Machinery at Cavan required a Raised Storage Area for their spare parts warehouse.
The floor was constructed from pallet racking,tongue and groove flooring and steel joists for suppport.
We fabricated and installed handrails around the perimeter and a 100mm kickplate on the edges.
A 1500mm sliding gate was also installed to allow pallet access to the raised floor.
A steel staircase was also added which conformed with OH&S.
Hitachi were able to use the racking providing the structure of the floor, to also store product on with the use of 25mm particle board for the shelf levels.
